Students attend Trillium Lakelands Arts Camp 2025

From May 18 to 23, Grade 7 to 12 students from across the Board visited Camp White Pine in Haliburton for the annual Trillium Lakelands Arts Camp (TLAC).

The overnight camp experience gives students the opportunity to receive specialized instruction for instrumental and vocal music, drama, musical theatre, dance, and visual arts through a four period-day. During the evening, campers enjoyed concerts, featuring performances from major artists, presentations from local visual artists, and an art display.

This year marked the 20th anniversary of when the camp was first established and was celebrated on the Wednesday evening with cake for students and a special appearance from Randy Read and former TLDSB trustee, David Morrison, who were two of the cofounders.
